So it's the North Face's MagPie Hat. Fits really well. I found out today that it is a hat for youths. I am not a youth, guess I am a peabrain!!!!

This is my Great Grandmother... at her nursing graduation. my Grandmother was also a nurse, as am I.. I think its funny though that people get very gushy saying it runs in the family... I mean my realatives had 2 choices... nurse/teacher.

I just got this in the mail yesterday. Its the third in an excellent mystery series. Colin Cotterill is becoming my favorite mystery writer, who is still alive.
The series is set in 1960-70 newly Communist Laos. The hero is an unlikely 78 year old physician turned coroner, by the lack of trianed person who remains in Laos. Aided by a solid nurse and a mentally challenged morgue worker, Siri (the hero) solves many mysteries and also encounters many mysteries of Laos life. Cotterill makes all of this actually very believable and fun to read. In fact, I am in the middle of another very good mystery and wishing it would finish off so I could read this!
